The power of inner work doesn't solely come from gaining insights. It only truly changes our lives when we put them into action.

Insights are powerful, but without intentional action, they can slip back into the unconscious and block your untapped potential. Implementing what you've learned (as soon as possible) is what fosters the real transformation.

I've seen it many times in my work with clients who have achieved an understanding of the deeper unconscious drives that could mean phenomenal change, but because that insight is not actioned through other unconscious fears or procrastination, the momentum gets lost (until we can recover it again).

Acting on your inner guidance brings alignment between your inner and outer worlds.

Have you noticed how long it takes for your waking

Have you noticed how long it takes for your waking experiences to integrate through your dreams?
2 weeks is a pretty standard time frame. However, we are all individual and it will differ from one person to another.

The symbol of the mask appeared in my dream, and after working through my dream, symbol, interpretation process, I was able to determine that by association, the mask represented my families experience with influenza 2 weeks ago. now I can go back and work through the same process for other symbols from my dream to understand what I am holding onto from that experience, and what I am ready to release. dream work is in a work that brings messages from the higher self into the light of consciousness.

I am currently working on my Dream symbol interpretation guide, which will be available soon to help you process the symbols that are arising from your subconscious so that you can integrate and move forward.
