How to Balance the Solar Plexus chakra
To balance your solar plexus chakra you should be open to personal growth and self-esteem building exercises. These might include therapies such as kinesiology, counselling and psychotherapy. It might also include physical activities such as vigourous exercise, sit-ups or exercises requiring discipline such as yoga or martial arts. Taking risks and trying new things is also a great way to build confidence.
It is important to recognise activities and people you feel good around, being in these situations will help you build your self-esteem.
You can also maintain a healthy solar plexus chakra by maintaining a balanced relationship with your work or day to day activities. Make sure that you allow enough time for balance between work and play.
Balancing the Solar Plexus Chakra with Kinesiology.
Kinesiology helps us to identify solar plexus chakra imbalances by accessing the many, varied subconscious connections that lead to the imbalance. By working with muscle testing, kinesiology allows us to unlock and integrate past experiences and events that have caused solar plexus chakra blocks.
Suggested kinesiology treatment plan.
When balancing the solar plexus chakra (or any other chakra) with kinesiology I recommend:
- An initial 90 minute kinesiology consultation followed by a standard consultation 1 -2 weeks apart.
- Further follow-up standard consultations should be spaced between 2 -4 weeks apart or booked as needed.
- You may like to consider a chakra journey experience whereby over the course of 7 sessions we focus in on blockages occurring in each of the chakras, working towards a subtle awakening of kundalini energy.
