Book Review – Anatomy of the Spirit
One of my all time favourite spiritual and personal development authors is Caroline Myss. ‘Anatomy of the Spirit’ reads as a fantastic introduction to the chakras and the body/mind connection.
Myss is a medical intuitive who has written a number of books on energy medicine including Invisible Acts of Power and Sacred Contracts. Myss is one of the world’s most sought after speakers on the topics of spirituality and intuitive healing.
In Anatomy of the Spirit, Myss describes the spiritual anatomy and how spiritual or emotional dysfunctions affect the physical body.
I often refer to this book when I am in kinesiology clinic and it is one of the first books I will recommend when asked by clients which books they should investigate to learn more about enhancing their understanding of energy anatomy.
