Over 18 years ago I was a burnt-out mess, working in a superficial, fast-paced industry, which left me with shattered self-confidence and a deep sense of inadequacy on top of adrenal burnout resulting from a poorly managed illness and even worse lifestyle choices.
All I wanted to do was to help others achieve their highest creative potential whilst achieving my own, but without the ability to connect to the guidance of my true self, I wasn’t helping anyone. I was directionless until I opened my heart to self-love and allowed myself to reign over my realm, by growing my confidence in my authority and my choices.
