This definition alone provides a strong case for changing mentality around the limitations of the healthcare system and for opening up our lives to a more holistic way of taking care of yourself.
I have committed my life to living a wellness lifestyle which has helped me on my path to achieving optimum mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. It’s a journey that I help others on, daily.
